08/11/10 - Begins dropping weight growth percentile curves
5/10-1/11 - Continues to drop weight curves
01/11/11 - Officially classified as Failure to Thrive (FFT)
02/15/11 - Blood work performed
02/22/11 - IgA (celiac) level at abnormal level of 25
02/25/11 - 1st visit w/ Pediatric GI (Mark McOmber)
03/07/11 - 1st endoscopy. No celiac, concerns of EE.
03/15/11 - Endoscopy biopsy results: Eosinophil Count per hpf esophagus 57, colon 29
03/15/11 - Officially diagnosed with EE (EoE) and EoC
03/21/11 - 1st visit w/allergist (Reed Shimamoto)
03/22/11 - RAST Test performed
03/23/11 - Trying Elecare, Neocate, E028 Splash; likes vanilla Elecare the best
04/05/11 - Tyler turned 1
04/06/11 - 1st visit w/new pediatrician (Robin Laks); +5 oz since 2/25, moved up to 5th percentile (19 lbs 3 oz).
04/11/11 - Scratch Test performed, zero reactions. Patches for Patch Test applied.
04/13/11 - Patch Test reading, + readings for 15 foods.
04/13/11 - Begin 6 week exclusive diet of Elecare, green beans, and soy.
04/27/11 - Weight check w/Laks, -1.5 oz (19 lbs 1 1/2 oz).
05/11/11 - Weight check w/Laks, +4.5 oz (19 lbs 6 oz).
05/19/11 - Weight check w/Laks, -1 oz (19 lbs 5 oz), NG tube placed
05/26/11 - Weight check w/McOmber, +7.4 oz (19 lbs 12.4 oz), allergist wants to try apple or pear starting next week
06/07/11 - GI visit, +12 oz (20 lbs 8 oz). Food trial put on hold until after 2nd scope & g-tube placement
